
This is a 1:1 assisted stretch session designed to support the body in returning to ease, mobility and natural alignment.
Using supported movement and gentle pressure, the body is guided through a series of stretches that:
release built up muscular tension
improve flexibility and rang of motion
support joint health and circulation
calm and regulate the nervous system
This is not forceful manipulation. The work is slow, responsive and tailored to your body in the movement.
This work is particularly supportive is you are experiencing:
tight hips, shoulders, or lower back
restricted movement or stiffness
physical fatigue or heaviness in the body
nervous system overload or chronic tension
a feeling of being "held" or compressed in the body
It is a powerful complement to Qigong and energy work, helping the physical body integrate what has shifted energetically.
Each session begins with a consultation to understand your specific needs and goals. You will then be guided through a personalised assisted stretching program. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Bree offers this Assisted Stretch service. She has a Bachelors of Dance along with previous Certificate 3 training, providing her with an understanding of anatomy, muscle function and how the body moves. As she is currently completing her certification, this service is discounted.
