This 5-week series is designed for parents and children (aged 9+) to step out of the noise of daily life and into something more steady, present, and connected.
Qigong is a gentle movement practice that works with breath, body, and awareness to support the nervous system, improve focus, and build emotional resilience. Practiced together, it becomes more than just movement — it becomes a shared language of calm.
Each class will guide you through simple, structured sequences that are easy to follow and designed to:
Support emotional regulation (for both parent and child)
Improve focus and body awareness
Release built-up stress and tension
Strengthen connection without needing to “talk it out”
This is not about getting it perfect.
It’s about learning how to come back to centre — side by side.
Over the 5 weeks, you’ll build a foundation you can return to at home, giving your child practical tools for when life feels overwhelming — and giving you a way to meet them there, grounded and steady.
