Qigong Foundations

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movement, focused breathing, and mindfulness to cultivate life energy, known as Qi (pronounced “chee”). This practice is designed to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, helping you feel more balanced, centered, and revitalized.

When Qi flows freely, we experience greater clarity, vitality, and well-being. Over time, stress, fatigue, and tension can disrupt this energy, leading to imbalance. Qigong gently restores this flow, supporting physical health and emotional stability.

In our class, you’ll be guided through fluid, low-impact movements and breathing techniques that are easy to follow and suitable for all levels. Whether you’re new to Qigong or a seasoned practitioner, the practice adapts to meet you where you are.
