Sensory Rest is a practitioner-free session designed to support deep nervous system settling through quiet and reduced sensory input.
You are settled comfortably in a calm, dimly lit room with an eye mask, weighted blanket, and noise-cancelling headphones playing carefully selected frequencies. Once settled, you rest alone in the space for the duration of the session.
At the end, you are gently brought back and given time to enjoy a specially chosen tea before leaving.
This offering is suited to regular use, in the same way one might use a float, as a steady and repeatable rest practice.
