This mentorship is a private, one-to-one offering for those moving through transition, complexity, or deeper inquiry. It provides consistent support over time, allowing space to stabilise, orient, and rebuild inner ground with care.

This is not a course or a preset program.
It is a shared body of work, shaped by your current season and adjusted as that season shifts.

Our work together is responsive rather than prescriptive, drawing from methods that support regulation, clarity, and capacity over time.

Depending on what you’re navigating, sessions may include:

Tea Practice

Gong Fu–style tea practice used as a way to slow pace, refine attention, and support reflection.

Elemental Embodiment

Working with the Five Elements as practical frameworks for understanding resilience, boundaries, creativity, emotion, and recovery.

Qigong and Somatic Practice

Seasonally informed movement, breath, and grounding practices to support stability, circulation, and centre.

Energy-Based Support

Reiki and Acupoint Reiki used selectively when deeper layers need settling or recalibration.

BaZi and Chinese Metaphysical Insight

Understanding your elemental constitution, timing cycles, and internal patterns, including how to work with your current phase rather than against it.

Threshold Support

Steady guidance through periods of transition such as grief, identity shifts, creative blocks, relationship changes, or major life decisions.

For those who wish, symbolic or lineage-based practices may be included with care and discernment.

This work is held with consistency, respect, and clear boundaries.

Structure and Commitment

$375 per month
Minimum commitment: 3 months
Continuation is optional after this point. Many clients choose to continue for 6–12 months, depending on the season they are in.

What’s Included

  • One 75-minute private session per month (in-person or distant)

  • Brief written notes following each session

  • Email support and check-ins between sessions

  • Personal monthly Tong Shu energies to help you navigate each day

Sessions may include, as appropriate:

  • personalised elemental and somatic practices

  • Qigong forms adapted to your constitution

  • tea practices for daily grounding

  • BaZi timing insight and orientation

  • energy work when needed

  • reflective prompts and gentle accountability

The work is paced to remain sustainable and embodied.

Mentorship Intake — Autumn

This mentorship opens at specific times throughout the year, aligned with seasonal shifts.
Each intake is limited to a small number of people so the work can be held with steadiness and care.

The Autumn Intake begins in March, with space for up to five participants.

This offering is designed for those seeking ongoing, season-led support rather than one-off sessions.
