Qigong is an ancient internal art of energy cultivation.
It is not fitness.
It is not stretching.
It is not performance.
It is structured, intentional training that strengthens the body, regulates the nervous system, and builds internal power.
At The Reiki Nook, Qigong is taught progressively — with precision and lineage integrity.
You are not here to copy movements.
You are here to build capacity.
Through breath, posture, repetition and focused awareness, Qigong strengthens:
Nervous system regulation
Organ vitality
Emotional resilience
Structural alignment
Energy containment
Mental clarity
Over time, your body becomes steadier.
Your reactions soften.
Your presence strengthens.
Your energy gathers instead of scattering.
This is not a quick fix.
It is cultivation.
This practice is for people who:
Carry a lot
Think deeply
Feel intensely
Lead quietly
Are ready to build internal stability instead of constantly pushing through
If you are tired of leaking energy, Qigong teaches containment.
If you are overwhelmed, Qigong builds regulation.
If you are strong but exhausted, Qigong teaches sustainable strength.
Classes are structured and progressive.
You will learn:
Foundational stances
Breath regulation
Elemental forms
Organ-based conditioning

Dynamic Flow is a steady, accessible class that weaves together flowing qigong forms with deep, mindful stretching.
It’s perfect if you:
feel tight, achy, or “stuck” in your body
sit for long periods
want to build flexibility without pushing into pain
love the idea of movement that feels like a moving meditation
This is qigong plus stretch — fluid, kind, and deeply unwinding.

A quieter, more meditative class designed to expand your Qi capacity, regulate emotions, and develop internal awareness.
Includes:
standing stillness
breath-led movement
dantian work
soft flow sets
energy refinement
Perfect for those craving slow practice, stillness, and deeper internal cultivation, and who attends other classes.

A dynamic session blending qigong with functional strength and mobility.
You’ll build:
joint stability
tendon + fascia strength
flexibility
cardiovascular flow
energetic resilience
Still gentle. Still low-impact. But with heat, challenge, and power.

When your body’s tired, your mind is noisy, or you just need somewhere to land, this class gives you a gentle way back into yourself.
You’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and feel the steadiness return — without pressure, performance, or expectations.
Held every Sunday morning and offered by donation, this class is open to all levels.
Ideal if you’re new to Qigong or just need space to soften.
