About Us

The Reiki Nook is located in the historic Old Windsor Post Office building in the heart of Windsor.

It is an intentionally-designed space to bring about immediate relaxation, decrease stress and promote peacefulness, love and light.

We believe that true healing happens when all three levels of the body are treated: physical, mental and spiritual.

We also have our Reiki Training Centre, training students to become Reiki Practitioners and spread more love and light into the world.

The meaning behind our logo: I wanted to draw on my Scottish heritage, paying tribute to my father who passed when I was 21.

The Celtic Awen symbol is a three-rayed symbol that represents the concept of "flowing inspiration" in Celtic spirituality. It is commonly associated with the Welsh bard and druidic traditions, and is used as a symbol of creative and spiritual energy.

The Awen symbol is composed of three lines or rays, which are said to represent three aspects of spiritual inspiration: the creative inspiration of the poet or artist, the inspirational wisdom of the druid or teacher, and the healing inspiration of the shaman or healer.

At The Reiki Nook, the Awen symbol is a source of inspiration for the practice of Reiki, reminding us of the importance of connecting to our own inner source of creative and spiritual energy, and of channeling that energy for the benefit of others. It is a symbol of the power of healing, wisdom, and inspiration, and a reminder of the interconnectedness of all things.

“I could not recommend Bree enough to anyone. After my first Reiki session (someone who suffers severe anxiety and ptsd), I was absolutely blown away! I felt like such a weight was lifted. I’ve had Reiki by others before and I had little to no result compared to my session with Bree”
