Hi and welcome to The Reiki Nook. I am so honoured to have you here.

My name is Bree, and I am the owner and founder of The Reiki Nook and Reiki Training Centre. I am a solo mother to a very special little person, with whom we have just started our second year of homeschooling, along with 1 dog and 3 cats. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and refer to myself as a lightworker.

Why lightworker? Because my job is to shine light into the darkness within to illuminate the inner strength and self-healing we all have. I clear and shift energy within the body to bring balance, understanding and awareness.

My healing journey began after years of struggles and obstacles, like many of us have. My life was simply about surviving, and I wanted more for myself and for my son. Cue the obsession with crystals and their healing benefits.

After I completed my studies in crystal healing, I began with Reiki and found the missing piece I had been searching for all my life. This was my soul’s purpose. You know when you have that feeling that you know, you know, you know, with your whole being that this is what you were meant to do, that’s how I felt when I began my Reiki journey. I have now competed studies in other healing modalities and love sharing them with my clients.

My purpose is to help my clients become aware, for awareness is the first step in healing. For they too can move beyond the anxiety and pain and live a life that they were meant for, that they deserve, for their highest good and the highest good of all.
